After nearly two decades working across boardrooms and business units, our founder Sophia Fleischer saw a familiar pattern: companies with ambition and momentum often lacked the clarity, structure, or internal bandwidth to fully capitalize on it. She started Lombard Advisory to help close that gap, with strategic thinking that leads to operational progress.
Sophia’s experience spans leadership roles inside private equity–backed companies and consulting engagements with some of the world’s largest brands. As SVP of Strategy and Operations at Salon Lofts, she led performance management systems and new revenue initiatives that drove 30% year-over-year engagement growth. At EY-Parthenon, she advised more than 50 consumer and services brands on growth strategy, market entry, and organizational scale.
